Granola Girl started as a small farmer's market stand. But what it became was about remembering what is real...in food, in nature, and in myself. My path has taken a dramatic shift - from structure to suppression to spirit and freedom. This is my wild return. The moment where I stopped being who I was supposed to be and started remembering who I really am. 

Every challenge, heartbreak, and awakening has been shaping me...crafting me...for this season of truth. This isn't just about granola it's about nourishment for the soul. About being brave enough to live untamed. 

Now I see that Granola Girl isn't just a business. It's a reflection of this whole transformation.
