Arches National Park in southeastern Utah is home to over 2,000 natural sandstone arches which is the highest concentration of natural arches in the world. They have been sculpted over millions of years by the forces of erosion, extreme temperatures, and underground salt movement. Spanning more than 76,000 acres of high desert landscape, the park protects a fragile ecosystem of cryptobiotic soil crusts, desert wildflowers, and wildlife including desert bighorn sheep, peregrine falcons, and mule deer. That dark, crust-like soil — often called the "living soil" — is one of the desert's most vital and delicate resources, taking centuries to form and capable of being destroyed by a single footstep off the trail.

This recipe was initially Aubrey's children favorite. Moab and Arches NP represents a place where together, we've made incredible memories camping and hiking as a family.

While cinnamon is not something frequently grown in the US, we are surrounded by red rocks in Utah that look like they are have a nice cinnamon coating (looks can be deceiving, trust us).
